I’m the founder of Sweat + Soul — turning pop-ups into a 5,000 sq. ft. wellness club where I bring community, movement, and spicy Pilates classes that push you past your comfort zone.

JERMAINE

I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2015, and through years of evolving my style, created Power Pilates — an athletic, intentional approach built to make you stronger with every class (plus I’m a proud girl dad and founder of a holistic wellness business on the side).

COACH JT

I bring an agile, athlete-focused training style designed to build strength mentally and physically, one rep at a time (and when I’m not in the studio, I’m behind the lens as a photographer)

EMILY G

I teach Reformer at Sweat + Soul, and my flows are intimate, challenge-forward, and designed to deliver that slow, controlled burn you’ll definitely feel tomorrow — creating a space where you can tune in, push past your limits, and leave feeling strong, connected, and proud of what your body can do.

TINA

Born and raised in Prince George’s County, MD, I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist bringing an athletic yet chill training style focused on functional strength, purposeful movement, and serious sweat.

As a former law enforcement girl, trust me… I will catch you skipping a rep. 

KRISTEN

I’m a Houston native with 15+ years in fitness, blending my roots in strength training with a passion for Pilates to create an empowering, welcoming space where every body can connect, grow, and move with purpose.

DOMINIQUE

Pilates became more than a workout for me, it taught me that small can be just as powerful, a lesson I carry beyond movement and into everyday life, bringing intentional and mindful energy into every class I teach.

CAYLA

Teaching Pilates has helped me grow beyond the studio, building my confidence and pushing me outside my comfort zone and I bring that same energy, spice, and empowerment into every class while creating a space where movement, fun, and real connections come together at Sweat + Soul.

MANNIE

I teach Pilates through grace, control, and intention, focusing on slow, precise movement, alignment, and a deep mind-to-muscle connection; it may feel soft, but the burn is very real, and I create a space where you can build strength with confidence.

Running taught me discipline, but wellness taught me how to heal.

Through movement, I found a version of myself I didn't know I needed, and now I'm here to share that with my community. Bringing my Latino culture into the Pilates space, creating something that feels like home...
